User further acknowledges that Moran's System, in its entirety, constitutes trade secrets and other confidential information of Moran Industries and all of it's trademarked franchises; Mr. Transmission, Dr. Nick's Transmission, Multistate Transmission, Alta Mere Toys for your Car!, Milex Complete Auto Care and SmartView Window Solutions; which are revealed to you on this Intranet website in confidence, solely for the purpose of enabling you to establish and operate your trademarked franchise in accordance with the terms of your Franchise Agreement.
